Excellent Airport Hotel Experience
pastries selection helpful staff airport shuttle
The breakfast had a good selection (especially the pastries!). i checked in late after 11pm with no issues and the staff were fast and helpful. a shuttle bus runs between the hotel and all airport terminals. It made my connection easy.
The vending machines only offered snacks and drinks. A wider selection would be welcome.
Facilities
9/10
The lobby features decorative, spacious areas with multiple tables and chairs. the hotel also provides convenient parking under the building for a fee of 10 per night. Street parking is available, though often very busy.
Location
10/10
The hotel is near the airport. An uber or taxi ride can resolve longer distances (20-30 minutes to the main city, depending on traffic). this location is very convenient for early flights and rental car pick-up, being the first stop after a late arrival.

clean room friendly personnel useful pool hard pillows paid shuttle low-quality breakfast
The room was very clean and sufficiently big. The restaurant was nice and the personnel was friendly (I'm excited about this hotel!). It also has a pool. This is very useful if you need to relax quickly after a long trip.
Pillows were too hard and uncomfortable for me. I think the airport shuttle should be free. The breakfast lacked quality. There were many offerings, but not a single one that I enjoyed.

The elevator was a disaster. It took ages to figure out how to use it and kept stopping at random floors. i wasted precious time because of that stupid thing.
